• The concert will be held at the Araneta Coliseum - Araneta City, Quezon City.
• When is the concert?
• The concert will be on March 19, 2023 (Sunday).
• How long will the concert run?
• Estimated running time of the show is 180 minutes. The show will start at 6:00 PM.
• Can I bring my DSLR to record videos?
• DSLR or any kind of professional camera are not allowed. Only compact size point and shoot cameras are permitted. 
• What are the other prohibited items so I can avoid bringing them?
• Oversized backpacks and large bags
• Illegal Substance
• Outside food and beverages
• Cigarettes/Vape
• Firearms, deadly weapons, and explosives
• Still and video cameras, and other recording devices
• Glass, bottles, cans, and hard plastic containers 
• Oversized promo banners and campaign materials   
• Pointy objects such as umbrellas
• I still want to bring a bag to keep my belongings, is that okay?
• Wallet size clutches no longer than 5"x 7" and medical and parenting bags no longer than 14"x 14" × 6" will be permitted.
• All bags permitted are subject to security screening. Baggage counter is located at the Yellow Gate of the Araneta Coliseum.
• Can we bring our own banner?
• Yes. You can bring your own but it shouldn’t be bigger than A4 size. (8.25” x 12“)
• Can I buy food outside when I enter the venue?
• Persons already inside the coliseum are not allowed to go out and then return, except for reasons of emergency and other similar cases, and subject to conditions. The venue enforces a “NO RE-ENTRY” policy for all events.
• What do I need to bring?
• Vaccination Card, Valid ID, personal hygiene kit (includes alcohol, disinfectant, extra masks), and Concert Tickets.
• Will there be a fan-idol interaction?
• This is possible but highly minimal. Physical distancing is still being observed before, during, after the concert proper.

• What age are allowed to enter the concert venue?
• Fully vaccinated concert-goers who are 18 years old and above are allowed. 5-17 year-old concert-goers must be fully vaccinated and accompanied by a fully vaccinated guardian to be allowed entry. Ticket ratio is 1:1.
• I am still not fully vaccinated but I already have a ticket, can I still attend?
• It is required that you provide proof of full vaccination that shows you have received, either: (a) the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or (b) a dose of a single-dose vaccine. The final dose of the vaccine must be two weeks prior to the event. Tickets will not be refunded due to non vaccination as venue policies are announced prior to the ticket selling.
• Should I undergo antigen swab testing first?
• Antigen swab testing is not required but it is highly recommended to test your status 24 hours before the concert to avoid the possible spread during the event.
• Is it required to wear facemasks?
• Yes, it is required to wear facemasks inside the venue AT ALL TIMES. Non-compliant may be a cause to be escorted out of the venue without any refund.

• How much are the ticket prices for the concert? Is it reserved seating?

• You can purchase online via ticketnet.com.ph or you may visit any TicketNet outlet. List of outlets: ticketnet.com.ph/ticketoutlets/home
• When is the start of ticket selling?
• Start of Ticket selling will be on 30 January 2023 (Monday), 12 NN.
• I’ve ordered tickets but haven’t received any order confirmation yet. Did my booking go through?

• Is my ticket transferable?
• Yes, but tickets must be transferred responsibly. Only 1 person may use the ticket.
• What is your refund policy? 
• Once the purchase has been made to the ticketing site, It is already considered a valid purchase and cannot be refunded in any form. 
• What are the modes of payment for the tickets?
• For online tickets via ticketnet.com.ph

• Can I purchase my ticket onsite on the day of the event?
• Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day of the event at any TicketNet outlet, but availability is not guaranteed.
• Do you offer discounts (PWD, Student, or Senior Citizen discount)?
• Student discounts are not honored for this event.
• A 20% Senior Citizen / PWD discount will be honored provided that the Senior Citizen PWD is the one who will watch the actual event. This will only be available for outlet purchases as Senior Citizen / PWD ID must be presented by the Senior Citizen / PWD upon purchase.
• ​​Someone is offering me to buy tickets from them? Is that okay?
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be fake or invalid. Buy tickets only from ticketnet.com.ph and authorized TicketNet Outlets.
• The resale/scalping of tickets especially above the regular ticket price on The Araneta City property is strictly prohibited. Persons caught violating the anti-scalping ordinance shall be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
