Convention Guidelines
What is the difference between the Convention and the Concert?
The CONVENTION will be held for two (2) days, March 18 and 19, at the New Frontier Theater from 10 AM to 6 PM where fan booth activities, P-pop merchandise selling, PPOPMAP, games & raffles, Random Play Dance, and surprises are going to happen!
The CONCERT will happen on March 19 only.
When are the P-pop artists performing?
The Convention artists lineup will be performing on Day 1 ONLY.
What are the ticket inclusions?
General Admission - P650
2-Day booth pass
VIP - P1000
2-Day booth pass
Fast lane - Separate VIP entrance
Lounge - Access to the second-floor balcony seats
The 2-Day passes are valid for 1 ENTRY PER DAY ONLY. NO RE-ENTRY.
Can I go out upon entering the venue?
Persons already inside the venue shall not be allowed to go out and return, except for the reasons of emergency and other similar cases and subject to certain conditions. NO RE-ENTRY.
What proof can I show to enter the PPOPCON Day 2?
You should keep your Day 1 convention ticket for it will be your pass to go inside for Day 2. TICKETS ARE STRICTLY 1 ENTRY PER DAY.
What happens in fan booths?
Fan booths are filled with fun activities and challenges by the participating P-pop fanbases! Visit all the booths, get to know more about P-pop enthusiasts and the artists they support!
Who are the participating fanbases?
A’TIN, ACES, ALLIES, BLOOMS, BULLETS, DREAMERS, FOR.ONE, GENATICS, KAIA STANS, MAGILIW, MNLOVES, PEARLS, VIXIES
What is a PPOPMAP?
All attendees will be provided with a “map”. There are tiles on the map corresponding to various challenges from the participating booths. Once completed, you can submit the form at the PPOPCON booth for a chance to win a prize!
Will this be live-streamed?
Only select segments will be live-streamed on PPOPCON Platforms.
Can I bring a bag inside?
Large bags and oversized backpacks are prohibited inside the theater. Large/oversized bags will need to be checked-in at our baggage counter located beside the ticket booth.
New Frontier Theater and the organizers shall not be liable for any lost/damaged item checked in.
Can I bring in my camera?
Professional cameras are allowed inside New Frontier Theater, specifically for this event.
Monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and anything that will block views and foot traffic are not allowed inside the venue.
Admission Rules
Adults (18 years old and above) and children 5 years old & older are required to present a proof of full vaccination that shows that attendee has received, either:
(a) The second dose of a two-dose vaccine or (b) a dose of a single dose vaccine. Final dose must be two weeks or 14 days prior to the event
Adults will also need to present a valid government ID.
Guests 17 years old and below must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent/guardian to be allowed entry.
No entry to children 4 years old and below.
Can I still watch even if I am still a minor?
It is required that you are fully vaccinated and have a Guardian who is also attending the concert. Given that you are a minor and the event might end late, You must be informed that there are disciplinary hours for minors. The City Law and Order Cluster is strictly enforcing disciplinary hours for minors under Ordinance No. SP-2301 s. 2014, specifically that minors shall be prohibited from loitering in public places from 10 pm to 5 am
Can I bring food inside the Theater?
Food and beverage bought from concessionaires inside New Frontier Theater are not allowed inside the main theater and can only be consumed in designated areas at the lobby.
New Frontier Theater does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought inside the venue.
Is there a dress code?
A proper dress code shall be observed. Guests wearing sandals and slippers will not be allowed entry into New Frontier Theater despite presenting a valid ticket.
Miscellaneous
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills, or printed materials is not allowed without the written permission of New Frontier Theater. In addition, vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed without the written approval of New Frontier Theater management.
Guests must be respectful of others around them.
Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. We thank you for your cooperation.
THE UNLAWFUL RESALE/SCALPING OF ANY EVENT TICKET ON ARANETA CITY PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PERSONS CAUGHT VIOLATING THE ANTI-SCALPING ORDINANCE SHALL BE PROSECUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.
