Health Verification  

Adults (18 years old and above) and children 5 years and older are required to present a proof of full vaccination (two weeks since your final dose). Adults will also need to present a valid government issued ID.

Guests are encouraged to scan the KyusiPass or StaySafe QR Code before entering the venue.

Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home! 

Acceptable Proof of Full Vaccination

Proof of full vaccination shows that the attendee has received, either: (a) the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or (b) a dose of a single dose vaccine. Final dose of the vaccine must be two weeks or 14 days prior to the event.

The following are acceptable forms as proof of full vaccination: your physical vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card stored on your phone or electronic device. 

Age Restriction 

Fully vaccinated guests who are 18 years old and above are allowed.

Guests 17 years old and below must be fully vaccinated and accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent/guardian to be allowed entry.

Face Coverings Required 

Guests are required to wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating. For the safety of everyone, guests unable to wear proper face mask will not be admitted into the venue.

Wearing of face shields are non-mandatory and voluntary.

Mobile Ticketing & Entry Process  

Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online and to have their tickets to the event on their mobile device.

Temperature Check 

Guests are required to undergo temperature check at all entrances. Anyone displaying a temperature of 37.6 degrees will be denied entry. 

No Bags  

Bags, backpacks and purses are not permitted inside the venue. Wallet size clutches no longer than 5”x 7”and medical and parenting bags no longer than 14”x 14” x 6” will be permitted. All bags permitted are subject to security screening.


For a contactless experience, you can purchase your parking pass in advance when you purchase your ticket. This is on a first come, first serve basis. 

Wash / Sanitize Your Hands 

Clean your hands frequently by washing with soap and water for 20 seconds or using alcohol/hand sanitizer. For your convenience alcohol dispensers are placed in strategic locations around the venue. 

Contactless Payment 

For a fast, safe and secure way to pay, The Big Dome is a cash-free venue that only accepts any major debit or credit card and mobile payment methods. 

Safe Food and Beverage Distribution Practices 

Concession food items will be packaged to minimize exposure.

Enjoy your food at your designated seat or at the designated eating area.

Outside food and beverage are not allowed inside Araneta Coliseum. 

Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfecting Procedure 

Frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces.


We’ve added signages all throughout the venue, reminding everyone of our COVID 19 protocols. 

Our Staff

Our staff is committed to your safety. All our venue staff have been fully vaccinated. They are required to undergo health screening before reporting for work and must wear PPEs at all times.

Ticketing and Box Office 

You may purchase tickets online at or at the Ticketnet Box Office located at the Yellow Gate of Araneta Coliseum.

No Smoking 

Araneta Coliseum is a smoke free venue.

Air Quality & Filtration  

Araneta Coliseums’ air-conditioning system is outfitted with UV lights to eliminate airborne pathogens. We have tested and balanced the entire venue ventilation system to ensure maximum number of air exchanges in all occupied spaces. 

Safety Seal Certification

Araneta Coliseum was given the safety seal certification by the local and national government. The Safety Seal Certification affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government.
